The weird, fascinating, and weirdest thing in the world of Grey’s Anatomy (season 6)

article Ars Technic article Posted April 01, 2019 11:58:20Grey’s Anaty has been on my radar for a while now, and in an interview with EW this past January, showrunner Michelle MacLaren spoke about the show’s unique characters, its dark and dark-hearted storylines, and the emotional journey that’s taking place in the season.

“Grey’s is not a show about black people,” MacLathans said.

“That’s the stereotype.”

“But it’s about black women,” she continued.

“It’s about the women in your life.

It’s about your relationships.

It doesn’t have to be about anything.

It just has to be something that is meaningful.”

The story is set in the fictional Atlanta, Georgia, where a doctor named Dr. David Farrar is investigating the mysterious deaths of black men.

“The doctors are not the only ones that are involved in this,” Maclaren explained.

“There are black women that are going to be involved, too.”

MacLaths’ take on the show has often been met with skepticism, with fans and critics alike arguing that the show is largely white-centric, and that the writers don’t actually know what the hell they’re doing.

But in an October interview with Variety, MacLharen explained her belief that the story she was telling was a reflection of her own life.

“I think I grew up in a very privileged and white-dominated environment,” Mac Laren said.

“[It was] very much an ‘I’ generation and we had to learn to be a lot better at dealing with things like racism.

And the things that happened to us were just not what we were taught to be.”

“We have to learn not to be afraid to be different and that people can be different, that people have a right to be themselves and that they have a role in society.”

“That was something I was taught and I had to figure out how to learn from,” Mac laren continued.

It was something that MacLames’ family and friends have been working on for years, and she spoke about her decision to take on this project.

“For the past year and a half, I’ve been thinking about it as a career.

I think it’s something I’m very passionate about, and I want to tell stories that I think are meaningful,” Mac said.

And so far, she’s succeeded, as the show continues to grow into a bigger and better show, and we’ll be able to share it with you all soon.

“This is really my life, and this is what I do,” Mac says.
